- Support recruitment and onboarding
- Follow up on employee wellbeing and engagement
- Drive HR projects and improvements
Who you are
- A master's degree in HR, psychology or similar
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Good knowledge of Belgian labour law
- Empathetic but firm
- Strong communication skills
