Every company that wants hiring to be simple: from your very first hire to hiring all year round, and agencies or groups with several brands.
Do I need ChatGPT or Claude?
No. Everything works in JobsManager itself. Connecting ChatGPT or Claude is an extra: then you can also hire by just asking your AI assistant.
How do I get started?
Click “Start free” and enter your email. We send you a login link, no password needed. Create your first project: its careers site is online right away, and you get every Pro feature free for 14 days. No credit card. After that you stay on Free, or pick a plan.
Does the AI decide who gets hired?
No. The AI gives a score, strengths, concerns and interview questions. A person always decides. Applicants are told on the apply form when AI screening is on.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Business. Your careers site then runs on an address like jobs.acme.com. Every project also has its own address on jobsmanager.eu.
Will my jobs show up on Google and Indeed?
Every job page carries the data Google for Jobs needs. On Pro and Business you also get an XML feed that Indeed and other job boards read.
Where is the data stored?
On our server in Paris, in the EU. You decide what happens to applicants and can remove them, with their CV, at any time.
Which languages are supported?
Job postings, the careers site and the apply form work in English, Dutch, French and German. The dashboard is in English.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. You keep your plan until the end of the month, then go back to Free. Nothing is deleted.
