Terms of service

These terms apply when you use JobsManager. By using it, you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

1. Who we are

JobsManager is a service of Autonomous BV, Waversesteenweg 136, 2500 Lier, Belgium, VAT BE1010.281.922 (“we”). “You” is the company that uses JobsManager, and the people it invites.

2. Your account

  • JobsManager is for businesses. Access is by invitation for now.
  • Keep access to your email safe: we log you in with a link sent there.
  • You are responsible for who you invite to your projects and what they do.

3. Plans and payment

  • The plans and prices are on our pricing page. Prices are per project (a company or brand), per month, excluding VAT.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, by card through Stripe, and renew automatically.
  • You can cancel at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the paid month; there are no refunds for part of a month.
  • If a payment fails and isn’t fixed, your project goes back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
  • We tell you at least 30 days before we change the price of your plan.

4. Using JobsManager fairly

  • Only post real jobs, and follow the law, including anti-discrimination and employment rules.
  • Don’t use JobsManager for spam, scams, or anything that harms applicants or others.
  • Don’t try to break, overload or copy the service.

5. Applicants and AI

  • You decide which applicant data you collect and how long you keep it. You are the controller of that data under the GDPR; we process it for you, as described in our privacy policy. A data processing agreement is available on request.
  • AI writing and screening give suggestions. They can be wrong. A person on your team makes every hiring decision, and you check that your use of AI follows the rules that apply to you (like the EU AI Act).
  • When you connect an AI assistant (like ChatGPT or Claude), the data it reads goes to that assistant’s provider, under their terms.

6. Your content

Your jobs, texts, logos and applicant data stay yours. You give us the right to store and show them only to run JobsManager for you. You can delete them at any time.

7. The service

  • We work hard to keep JobsManager available and safe, but we can’t promise it is never down or without errors.
  • We improve JobsManager all the time. If we remove something important from a paid plan, we tell you first.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage (like lost profit or a missed hire), and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

9. Ending

You can stop using JobsManager at any time. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, after a warning when that is reasonable. After an account ends, we delete its data within 30 days, except what the law makes us keep (like invoices).

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; important changes are announced at least 30 days ahead. Belgian law applies, and the courts of Antwerp are competent.
