What you'll do
- Answer customer questions by phone and email
- Prepare quotes and follow them up
- Process orders and follow up on deliveries
- Support the field sales team
- Keep customer data and the CRM up to date
Who you are
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Commercial and customer-oriented
- Accurate and well organised
- Comfortable with computers and an ERP or CRM
- Fluent in Dutch and French, good English
